Unarco Sturdi Bilt Pallet Rack Wedge

The Unarco Sturdi Bilt Pallet Rack Wedge is a part of the Sturdi-Bilt Wedge Lock Pallet Rack Systems. These are among the most recognizable rack systems in the United States. The wedge lock design is not the most popular design amongst warehouses, although the unique clip design allows for easy recognition when identifying a rack system. The Wedge Lock obtains its name because of the frame-to-beam connectors that the system uses.The Sturdi-Bilt Wedge Lock Clips are placed through the corner of the upright frame, extending two hooks out of the front of the rack system onto which the cross beams hook. Then, the Unarco Sturdi Bilt Pallet Rack Wedge Hook slides through the Wedgelock clip, acting as a security lock for the clip system.
