Hi Line Pallet Rack Bolt With Wiz Nut

Hi Line Pallet Rack Systems are manufactured by Weirton, WV-based Bulldog Rack Company. Bulldog also manufactures teardrop pallet rack, structural pallet rack, and cantilever rack systems. Hi Line rack is a unique pallet rack design because of the beam-to-frame connectors.

Hi Line Pallet Rack Bolt with Wiz Nut Installation

Very similar to the T-Bolt design, Hi Line pallet rack frames have circles on the face of the upright. These systems also use a Bolt with a Wiz Nut to connect the cross beam to the upright frame. The racking adjusts in 1″ increments and the connector mates 9/16″ diameter pins with the hole. A Hi-Bolt retainer completes the installation, creating a strong connection.
